Black Garlic is a spicy, savoury, and umami-inspired hot sauce, made with scotch bonnet peppers, delicious black garlic, and vinegar infused with dried shiitake mushrooms.
Pair it with beef, fried chicken, pork tenderloin, savoury mushroom dishes, and anything else you can think of.
Ingredients: White vinegar infused with dried mushrooms, apple cider vinegar, onion, carrot, roasted garlic, black garlic, scotch bonnet pepper, ginger, salt, sugar, maple syrup, and black pepper.
