Scottish Mill Unbleached Bread Flour, 2kg

Our Unbleached Bread Flour is roller milled using a local organic wheat. This is a finely milled flour with high protein to develop strong gluten structure during bread baking. Our flour is freshly milled without any additives and often requires slightly less water in recipes when compared to other conventional bread flours.  Ingredients: Organic hard red spring wheat.
